Maker Month

In the run up to Maker Faire UK, we’ve organised a series of events based around making, engineering and manufacturing.

There are workshops taking place at Life Science Centre and others arranged with partners around the North East… there’s something for everyone!

18 – 21 April – Mechanical toys in Life’s Making Space.

19 April – The great rubber band race: build and test your own rubber band powered vehicle.
